If your product is not working properly, defective or received wrong at time of delivery please contact us within 7 days. Return is possible within 7 days from the date of delivery i.e. if you get a product delivered on 1st December, it can be returned by 8th December for sure Please be aware that “no longer needed” returns will not be processed.
It must be in the original form (unused, unworn); with the tags and seals on it along with all accessories/documents such as papers, user manual and warranty card that came within. At the Return Department, all items for return must firstly pass a quality check to confirm they are in their initial state without being used. We shall not be obliged to accept any goods returned by the buyer if they are submitted more than 14 days after Delivery as a right of refusal.

If by any chance the order is delivered before cancellation, you can even cancel it by not receiving the parcel.
